Hello!

I'm Maddie, an illustrator and comic maker living in St. Louis. I love cannellini beans, Jane Austen, and little brown birds.

The delightful lettering artist Jessica Hische once said, "There need to be people who show us that the world is a beautiful place worth saving." When I heard that, I felt like I had found myself a calling: to search out beauty in the little things, the daily things. My favorite themes are friendship, and divinity and humor in everyday normal things. I also love adapting classic stories with a little twist. 

I've have the lucky chance be represented by Janna Morishima (founder of of Kids Comics Unite) for middle grade graphic novels. on two religious books for children with For Little Saints, as well as children's magazine editorials, and self published comics.
